Las peptonas son el producto de la desintegración de la molécula
proteica, restauran y reactivan las funciones biológicas del
paciente. Es un complejo de polipéptidos, péptidos, tripéptidos,
aminoacidos, ácido fosforico, porfirinas, nucleotidos, sales y
oligoelementos.
Las peptonas tienen organoespecificidad. Estos anabolitos
