If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us through the contact page and provide your information (name, last name, email, address, city, state and zip code) by email writing “Nondisclosure of Personal Information Request” on the Email Subject to indicate your sharing preferences or insert alternative instructions for sending access, erasure, correction, and portability requests.
